Sagittal section of EGFP-immunostaining of adult N2 mouse. Serial cryosections (at 320µm intervals starting approximately 160µm from midline) were stained with anti-GFP (rabbit polyclonal, invitrogen) and DAB to give a brown reaction product. No EGFP expression was detected above background in light microscopy across numerous brain regions and retina.
