Description:

Sagittal section of anti EGFP-immunostaining of Ple90-EGFP N2 male at postnatal day 7. Top panel shows the whole view of brain. EGFP positive astroglial cells are mainly located in the medial brain and brainstem. A few cells are also observed in the cortex. Some Bergmann glial cells are also EGFP-positive. The lower four panels display a higher magnification of the olfactory bulb, cortex, medial brain and brainstem. EGFP immunoreactivity is more intense in the cell bodies but is also detected in the processes.
